The owner was incredibly helpful. The hotel used to be a hostel and the rooms were redone. I had a nice room. Community kitchen. Nice living room to hang out in. I would definitely stay here again

I was pleasantly surprised overall about my stay at the kiwi hotel. I had room #1 which was conveniently next to the shower. The room was neat, clean, and the bed comfortable. Minimal noise out the window at night.
Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making me a cup of coffee and ushering me into the living room to rest.
Price is incredible and a short walk from the intercity bus stop. Close to Polynesian Spa and the main downtown area. Next to a delicious Korean fried chicken restaurant.

A nice surprise,a last minute trip & this was cheaper. But after a renovation inside this was a comfy night in a family room{6} at a budget price.Whilst we had our own bathroom/shower,kitchen & lounge were shared if required..Would stay here again if the need arises.
