2 levels, if you require an elevator for access enquire directly to double check I didnt see an elevator.
The room was nice but the TV wouldnt display (no signal) and I wasnt able to get it working. Called desk after-hours for assistance but gave up.
I will definitely stay here again

The staff is the star of this hotel. Before the check-in, the woman staff was able to reassure how to access the hotel after hours. It was simple and I got in easily for my 3 nights stay. When I check-out, the man staff was very helpful to store my luggage. When I came back to the hotel, it started to rain. I waited until I can walk to the bus station (intercity) but the rain kept going on. The same man asked me if I wanted to have a poncho. To clarify, this is not expected as a service at the hotel. He went above and beyond. I am so amazed by the attention of the staff. They make you feel good at their place. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean for the duration. You can open your luggage with ease.
