I booked a double room and it was more than enough space for me as a solo traveller. There was a stand for my suitcase at the foot of the bed and room to change. There was also space under the bed for the suitcase. It was clean, towels changed every day, the bed was firm but comfortable, the AC worked really well, and the bathroom had a deep bath for soaking after a long day of walking. Being positioned in a back street, I could only hear a little road noise. I never heard noise from other guests, making for a peaceful stay. It’s close to train stations on two different lines, only two stops from Tokyo Station, making it really easy to get around. My only (minor) gripe was breakfast. The first morning I got there towards the end of the service time and the food was cold. The pans weren’t maintaining the warmth. I got there earlier on other days and it was just warm, never hot. It was a lovely hotel and I’d be happy to stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at The B Ochanomizu and would definitely stay here again. It’s a quiet hotel in a very convenient location. Awajicho Station Exit A5 is only about a 2 minute walk away, and Kanda and Shin-Ochanomizu Stations are also nearby. Akihabara is about a 10–15 minute walk, while the Imperial Palace is around a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute run, making it perfect for a morning or afternoon run. There’s a FamilyMart, two 24-hour drugstores, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient. They also offer airport luggage delivery, although you need to arrange this at least a day in advance. The hotel offers 24-hour coffee, complimentary tea bags, and sometimes free pastries or in the afternoon. Breakfast is available for an additional fee. The rooms are compact, as you would expect in Tokyo, but they are well equipped with sleepwear, slippers, a toothbrush, safe, kettle, and mini fridge. The blackout curtains were excellent and made it easy to sleep. Hairbrushes and razors are available at reception, and you can also borrow an umbrella or luggage scale if needed. There are two paid parking lots in front of the hotel. Overall, I really liked this hotel. The quiet atmosphere, excellent location, friendly staff, and thoughtful little conveniences made my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo.

We stayed here for two nights and had such a wonderful experience. Everything exceeded our expectations! Service: The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they always did their best to help us. A special shout-out to the lovely staff member with a ponytail — she was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic and helped us so much during our stay. We really appreciated her! Location: The location is unbeatable. There are several train and subway lines nearby, all within about a 3–8 minute walk. It’s super convenient for getting around Tokyo, whether you’re heading to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo Station, or other areas. Room & facilities: The room layout is extremely well designed. Although the room itself isn’t very large, it somehow has both a chair and a small sofa, which makes it so much more comfortable for relaxing or sitting together to enjoy a bento box, haha. Anyone who has stayed in other Tokyo hotels will know how rare it is to have two proper seating options in the room! 🤓 The desk is also at a very comfortable height, so it’s surprisingly great for working remotely. The slippers and pajamas provided were good quality and super comfortable as well. Another lovely bonus is being able to enjoy freshly brewed coffee every day, as well as afternoon tea. ☕️ Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo! ❤️

Stayed one night as a stopover before flying out of Haneda. Very near the train station with lots of food around the area. Walking distance to akihabara and jimbocho. Breakfast was good and there was luggage forwarding service to the airport as well. The rooms were spacious for one and amenities were all provided
