Location was great for us, off the main Akihabara strip so not too noisy but close enough to walk there in under 10 minutes. Good local food options close by. Really nice brand of toiletries provided in reception. Train and metro stations were not far by our standards, 5mins walk to the closest and maybe 12mins to the furthest one we needed. Staff were friendly and always someone there.
We were a group of 4 and managed quite well in this space (we did travel quite light, 2 medium suitcases plus backpacks).
Laundry facilities need an upgrade. Dryer takes forever and needs a good clean. Tv was there but nothing in English to entertain the kids. It would have been nice to have a streaming service they could have utilised. There was a definite lack of pillows for 4 guests and apparently you need to pay for extras.

staff was just fine. way over priced for what it was and breakfast food is not good quality. I was here for a convention but would never choose it again. Weirdest bathroom - it is like a dropped in plastic cubicle that you step up into- very dangerous at night or for an older person.
really just did not like it.
