The location is excellent - it's a short walk to both the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.! The staff are friendly and helpful. The family room's size was adequate but the bathroom was not great. There was mold on the tiles and the floor of the shower has raised bumps which are uncomfortable to stand on and still didn't prevent all of us from slipping a few times while showering. The linens and decor were outdated. One person in our group has limited mobility so we needed a hotel with an elevator. They have an elevator but you have to climb 4 or 5 steps to get to it so that was not great. The breakfast was decent - eggs pancakes, bacon or sausage, croissants, toast, yogurt , cakes and a variety of juices and coffee/tea were available every morning.
