The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable, with a lovely, powerful shower and very comfortable beds. I enjoyed a restful night’s sleep throughout my stay. The room also had a seating area and facilities for making tea and coffee, which were a nice touch. Best of all, there were no mosquitoes! The staff were excellent, friendly and always helpful. The restaurant served very good food, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. I would happily return!

Great price point and room, pool is great and the breakfast is good

Soul Vacation is located in a really good area, very close to Colva Beach. The surroundings are clean, peaceful, natural, and have a very nice vibe. The location is definitely one of the highlights of this property. The service was also good, and the staff were helpful. The rooms had all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. However, I felt the rooms did not match the expectations of a 4-star category hotel. The property and rooms have an older construction and an old-fashioned design, and they could benefit from renovation and modernization. The room quality was the main area where I felt the hotel could improve. Overall, a good option if you prioritize location, cleanliness, peaceful surroundings, and service, but the rooms may not meet the expectations of someone looking for a modern 4-star experience.

All over experience was good. However, the staff seems arrogant in sense they don’t give check in before 2 pm even if you reach early morning and ready to pay extra.
