This villa-apartment could be very nice, but the balconies and terraces have never been cleaned, making them unusable. The bathrooms also need some updating, especially the one on the second floor where the taps are broken and there's no hot water. Otherwise, the location is central and the living space is spread over three levels. As for the price, the lack of maintenance makes it a bit high.
