Late check-out request was raised at the time of check-in. They literally barged in the room and took away the luggage and asked to check-out

Excellent location , great hospitable staff & restaurant

Room size felt bit stuffy & could have been bit larger

The location is to die for. The staff are absolutely wonderful. When I stayed there the food menu was very limited because of the lpg crisis , but otherwise good food. They make up for a wee bit of a niggle in the kitchens with their exceptional service. I am a disabled person and walk with a stick , so access is important to me. And that , is a little tricky. But the staff helped me out every minute they could.

I will be honest. I stayed there recently and in the middle of a full blown energy crisis. They did exceptionally well given the circumstances. The chefs needs to probably be a little more creative, coal barbecues instead of gas ones , you have the space and you have fabulous produce. And you have the beach to serve it at. Do a beach barbecue on coal, as an example. Room for improvement there. I am disabled so access to me is important. Getting to the property can be a little daunting. Not really a negative. Just a little less convenient , for the entitled likes of me.
