    There was a heat wave and our Aircon didn’t work. The receptionist brought us a remote but then I told her it wasn’t working and she wasn’t very helpful. We had a terrible night hardly slept due to being so uncomfortable hot. The room also wasn’t cleaned properly, there were half eat chip packs and the floor was very dirty

    I personally expected more from this hotel. The room i booked as per the description was a mountain view. I was shown a room with barely any view of the mountain . Finding the parking and reception area is not easy . Not much parking for hotel guests more for permanent residence. Not properly marked.

    Stayed here a few times, unfortunately, after this time it may be the last. Restaurant is slow, and food not great quality. Breakfast is at best poor. They have sacrificed a lot to cut costs, and not helpful. Tried to organise layer checkout ( understand its not their issue , but attempt was made to accommodate other than being told to book another day ( for 3 hours 14h00 checkout ). Not impressed guys.
