Well our first room 2310 I think was the best in the hotel. It was lovely to have a view. Our 2nd room 1005 was a disappointment. No view but worse room too narrow for my husband to get out of bed.
The narrowness of the room. We are much too old for my husband to be crawling in and out of bed from the bottom and of course the bed can’t be made up when it’s against the wall!

The friendly staff and location is superb
The breakfast was after 7 days monotonous and simply boring.
The menu should change to accommodate long term quests

The breakfast offered a big variety of options to choose from. The food was tasty and well displayed. The room was quite small and compact, however it met all our needs. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free coffee from the coffee machine just outside our room was a bonus!
The room was very small, and compact, however meeting all our needs. Maybe the TV could have been mounted in such a way that it was flatter against the wall. It was quite a challenge to maneuver around the bed that was occupying most of the "bedroom" space, without hitting one's head or shoulders.

Location! Very close to the V&A. Great views of Table Mountain!
Love their coffee stations on each floor!
Waiting time for the elevators! Breakfast is on the 25th and 26th floor. You can easily wait up to 30 minutes for an elevator! Rooms are basic and tiny.
Avoid staying during peak season! Best hotel for 1 or 2 nights!

I loved that we were able to view Cape Town from the 25th floor whilst enjoying our breakfast, which was a cherry on top for us. Thank you for the variety of coffees we enjoyed anytime from the machine just outside our room no. 838. Carmen made the breakfast experience worthwhile for my two grandkids, the jokes she shared with them as she continued with her work are priceless !! I wish i can thank her personally for suggesting that we visit Boulders Beach. The kids really had a joyous moment watching penguins. Thanks for the safe parking of our vehicle and the security staff as we went in and out of the hotel.
There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. My expectations were met.

Fantastic. Location is excellent
I didn't like the fact that there's no intercom in the room and also no room service
The room space is too small.

The Views are absolutely stunning. The facilities are great also.
The breakfast is nice. Staff are absolutely amazing during the breakfast. And the location is great cause it is close to the V&A waterfront.
The lifts take forever. The Hotel was crowded with Kids and they messed everywhere. They messed the floors in the coffee area. Infact where ever they were they messed. I had to call reception for milk and they sent me to another station instead of just filling it, also had to call for five roses teabags cause they didnt replace in the room and that specific day the receptionistwas absolutely rude. I called for a iron and it didnt work. Keep the Stay short and maybe it will be better.

Very nice hotel in the city center of Capetown. Walking distance to Waterfront. Breakfast is great with a nice view on Tablemountain Staff is very friendly, Special thumbs up for hotelmanager Dane G. He managed to retrieve my lost suitcase, and was waiting at 5 AM on the airport with my lost suitcase, so I could make my 8 AM flight to Amsterdam. He's a wonderful person and deserves a 5 star rating for himself.
rooms are long but small, very little room to pass the bed. Pools are on high level floor, very windy.

the price and the location
Its a loud and busy hotel. At the weekend the top floor bar is hired out, so there is only the downstairs reception bar area to sit. The lifts are so busy, always full and full of staff, so stopping at lots of floors. The breakfast room has music beating, so no calm start of the day. The swimming pool area is tiny - the picture on the website is misleading. The rooms are strange. I had a room that was dark because it has a panel , then you walk up the 3 steps to the bed. If you wanted to watch tv you would have to sit in the dark area, you cant watch tv in bed - very strange.

Location very nicely located in front of convention center.
Rooms are EXTREMELY small, such that you even can’t put your luggage. The wash basin is in the room. You even cannot walk in the room. Coffee table not in the room but outside on every floor. Few ties en it was not working proper. Gym on 13 floor had several equipments out of order.

Staffs were amazing as well and welcoming. The 25th floor is beautiful you can see the Table Mountain and the city
The room was very small and not convenient.

The breakfast was good, offers quite a variety of options. I walked alone to the V&A in the afternoon and the route that I took has quite a bit of pedestrian traffic, which I liked. We also walked to the hotel after shopping and dinner at the V&A, a bit quiet at that time, but there were still people walking.
The coffee station in my corridor did not have the necessary supply, so I went to the restaurant to buy coffee. The hotel smell is nice, but overwhelming. I was also looking for space, of which the hotel room did not have.

Food was great, location of the hotel is best and view is beautiful and reception view is cool.
Room was very bad too small, house clenaing was very poor, i went out to see around town came back my room was not cleaned until we sleep on the room that was never cleaned, both of my room and my friend room, next day i asked the coeaning crew they rold me the focus was on departure rooms so because they expecting so many G20 people. Evey stuff was very busy assisting G20 people. The main focus and word of the day was G20 i think because they were paying more.
On booking.com pictures were alright and only to find when you are there rooms are very small. You can’t evem more around. Even other ladies on the lift they were complaining about room space. Space is so small i cant even move around the tv. The place is bad very bad.

Should be more smoking places. Lift is a mission to get to the floors for smoking eating places.

Modern clean and an excellent location for business at the CTICC. Very good breakfast and excellent parking.
Movement around the hotel down huge corridors and with only 6 lifts was inconvenient at times. The restaurant staff were rather sullen but reception staff were good.
9.0 / 10.0
The breathtaking views ( the room set up allowed me to enjoy the view from my bed, like a cinema screen)
Amazing breakfast also with breathtaking views
The staff were amazing on point; generous, professional, friendly & alert. The ride is an extra cherry on the cake.
The linen; although it was clean, it was lumpy & a bit small for the bed. Extra blankets or throws in the room would be more convenient. The shower floors felt hollow on the feet. There was no electric jug to make the tea in my room.

The restaurants were beautiful, food was good. The views from the hotel are amazing! Staff are kind, pools are good, and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good 8/10.
Check-in is only at 3 pm and checkout is at 10 am. Yet breakfast is until 11am on weekends. Wish they would make check-in a bit earlier and checkout at least 11.
Rooms were a tiny bit too small you'd have to squeeze past the wall and the bed but nothing to crazy since we were mostly just there to sleep. Yet I can see how it can be annoying, especially for going to the bathroom at night.
