    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rate this hotel five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions and dining options. If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be the bathroom size—it was a bit on the compact side. That said, it was very clean and well maintained, and this minor detail did not take away from the overall excellent experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience.

    I arrived pretty early like late morning and the staff was able to check me in, which I really appreciated that after a long flight. She did initially put me in a single room, which I actually booked a bigger room. The changes were quick and easy. One thing I would like to mention- you NEED to put the 'do not disturb' sign up at your door. This might be TMI, but after checking in, I took a shower and passed out naked in bed. Somewhere in between sleep, I vaguely heard someone knocking on the door (a man) then came in. I shout in time to say that I was in there, but I was so exhausted and was in/out of sleep. Personally, I thought it was a bit odd to do that especially when I checked in already. The protocols there is clearly different than they are in the states. So I wanted to warn everyone because I was at a very vulnerable state and it was very unexpectable and I was not told this during my check in. As for the room, once I was settle in my correct room, it was spacious, clean and simple. The location was 15-20 min walk from the colosseum and the fountain. It was off a main road and 8 min taxi ride to the train. The building is locked so you do need to get buzzed in every time. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. I was only here for two nights.
