This small hotel property is ideal for short or long stays. The design is attractive and the rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. There is a lovely pool which is great for swimming or lounging. Another outdoor patio for relaxation is available on the second (top) floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lovely Isla Verde beach is a 5 minute walk as are numerous restaurants. A large supermarket is a 10 minute walk. You don’t need a rental car.. The price is very reasonable for this area.

This is a lovely small hotel a 5 minute walk to beautiful Isla Verde beach. The room we had was good size, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful and the vibe is laid back. There are spaces beside the pool and an upstairs patio great for relaxing or enjoying a meal. BTW the pool and area around it is lovely. Restaurants are a block away and a good supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Very convenient.

The location is convenient, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were not very welcoming, and there was constant noise from both staff and other guests throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep.
The rooms could have been much cleaner, and they are not soundproof at all, which adds to the disturbance. Basic amenities were lacking — there was no breakfast, and even simple items like bottled water or disposable plates in the room were not provided.
Overall, the ambiance was not pleasant due to the noise and lack of cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here.
