The condo is a good size, clean and it has everything you would need for a home away from home. Using the lock key was very easy and it was perfect for 3 different people using the condo. No need to find out who has the key to open up.
Unfortunately, the AC broke while we stayed. The first night was miserable; the second night was the worst. A handyman came to check out the system and did not need to change any settings; the AC seemed to be working fine. At around 7 pm it stopped working (having the same settings). Opening the sliding door was not an option due to weather. The room got pretty muggy. We were miserable and had to spend most of the time in the lobby where AC worked fine. Communication took a while, person took a while to get back to me. I inquired about AC at 6 am and handyman came after 4 pm. Too long to be without it.
Lastly, this place is advertised as "It sleeps 3 people." The pull-out bed on the couch is very uncomfortable. I tried to check out after the first night because of sleeping conditions on couch. I was told, I could, but my reservation was until the 23. Pretty much, you can check out, but I will charge you anyway.

Love the location. We come to Puerto Rico often and love staying on this side of town. The property was great for the price. Great location great size rooms and loved having a washer and dryer in the room bc the washer and dryer at the actual hotel is out of order at the moment due to water issues in the whole island and being we were here for over a week we definitely needed a washer and dryer.
There seemed to be some mold on the ceiling and wished there was a little more pot and pan options but other than that no complaints.

El lobby bonito y el personal muy amable
No me gustó el garage , los pasillos y ascensores muy viejos con mucho olor a humedad , el cuarto había pertenecías de otro guest , y las sabanas olían muy mal, se lo indiqué a la property me dio solo las gracias por notificarle
