    The hotel is very clean , beautiful and the location is perfect!!! The staff is very friendly and the live music is wonderful!!!!

    A good price and location. Super comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast ($20) was mediocre - ive had better at much cheaper hotels. Bar was nice. Pool was awesome! Location was easily walkable and directly across from beach access.

    This hotel was great from a welcoming staff to breakfast daily along with rum punch specials during happy hour. They provided rebate tickets for the two dinner locations within the hotel. Rooms were clean, sizeable, and hotel wifi was up and running. I had a late afternoon flight and they were able to hold my bags so that I could go buy my souvenirs, eat lunch, and take my last walk up and down Isla Verde Ave one last time. I would definitely come again.

    I can not lie the staff except 1 was very professional and nice but upon checking in there was an unprofessional human name *** horrible horrible human. I wanted to cancel my Mother’s Day trip all together it was a horrible . I the hotel is nice it’s in a great location the beach is right across the road the beach absolutely beautiful, the food, the restaurant at the hotel top tier bar t just the treatment made me feel bad all day. The room was great. I like the hotel.
