When you’ve had a long journey and get to your £75 a night room with One plug socket in the room on the opposite side to the table or bed!!! 🚨 that had no cover over the exposed wires 🚨interesting night/morning of cheating death ☠️

The location is nice but the room was really not in a good condition. It reaked of cigarettes and the air quality was terrible. That was really a problem because it was too cold to keep the window open. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was ok, but the walls and floor in the room were dirty. This really is a budget option, consider only if saving money is a priority.

This is a nice hotel, relatively inexpensive and decently located. For average American travelers, stick to an American chain because you will not appreciate Hotel Albert's uniqueness. It is not handicapped-friendly but does have a 1-person lift to 4th floor; you would not be able to fit a wheel chair in the lift. If lodged on 5th floor, you must climb staircase for final flight. Hotel Albert is right next to Sainte-Marie and the Tram 92 and 93 stops. It is also approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Brussel-Noord train/bus station. Note: there is an incline from the station to Hotel Albert, so caution for those with limited physical abilities. It was about a 20 minute walk to Parc and Palais de Bruxelles. Water temperature was an issue, and a few of us had to shower in cold water. The biggest negative was the prevalence of cigarette smoke in the building. My error in not verifying if smoking was or wasn't allowed. Overall, reasonable hotel for the price.

it was very dissatisfying and disappointing experience. It took a long for us to check in. We had our confirmation mail but the receptionist was unable to find our booking . He kept is waiting for a long time. Then we had to find the name from the register. Following this, he offered us a room in the albert residence not in hotel albert! The room condition was very bad. The beds are so itchy! There were no lock in the door of the bathroom.Not recommended!

Comfortable bedroom with a private bathroom. Good location, the hotel is about 2 km walking distance to the city center and have a lots public transport close. There were shops and restaurants close. The weather was good but the bedroom didn't have an air-conditioner and I don't know if they have fan to provide.

Area you can walk to some of the sights close to transport the bus, tram and train supermarkets, resturants most the staff was friendly every day they change towels.the elevater was small only 2 people can fit we stayed on the third flood from the elevated to our room there was a funny smell,breakfast was ok we stay for 3 nights had breakfast one moring the price for the hotel is a good price if you didnt have much money to send this place is for you.

Only the location may be considered as good. Otherwise, nothing’s good. Rude staff, fighting with almost every guest, the woman at the reception told me that the room is ready, however you can’t check in unless you pay extra charges for early check in, i’ve been in so many hotels around the world and no one asked so since the room was ready. Bad experience in brussels.

Hotel room was big clean staff was good. Location perfect. Only problem I faced there was no charge point at room no 46. Which is strange. Hotel staff came and they also not found I have to charge my phones at bathroom there was a plug point.

The object should be much more cleaner and appealable considering the price and location. That's simply underwhelming. Just a bit dedication to the design and cleansiness will help a lot. The staff is approachable and helping, though. Only the good about them.

Much better hotel than I expected. Very convenient and central area and easy to find and commute to/from the city centre. The room had a new shower room fitted and that was a bonus. Lots of restaurants and shops within the vicinity.

The hotel is in terrible cndition the place was dirty. Bathroom was dirty we got a quadruple room for four people and was ony given 1 towel. In the morning we noticed that there was bed bugs. And when we tried to go get breakfast there was bugs in the breakfast meats.

The hotel owner was so helpful when I was not able to print out my boarding pass he used his own usb to copy the boarding from web site to his usb to print it out for me. His staff does careless if I can my boarding pass or not. I was lucky that he was in the hotelat that time, now that is what I called Super customer service I stay there again because of him!!

In brief a very bad experience in Brussels . The room wasn't clean , no towels unless you ask , I was happy to leave before finishing my stay . I don't recommend it to anyone .

After spending the day visiting The Atomium and its associated attractions, it was easy to take the tram to Hotel Albert and check in swiftly. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when asked about places to eat in the area which matched the specific dietary requirements of people among my group. We each received a Wi-Fi slip enabling us to connect as soon as we got settled. The room was clean and looked out onto the bustling street outside. We appreciated the church bells chiming seemingly on the hour every hour as this helped us stay true to schedule. The only concern we had was that the heater was on during the night, making it difficult for some of us to sleep as we had no clue how to change the setting, and the hardwood floor of the room was a little dusty. However, we are looking forward to staying here again in future and appreciate the welcoming nature of the staff.
