The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, very close to a tram stop (although if walking up from Brussels North the hill is a bit steep.
A bit more bleach in the toilet would have been nice. The lift wasn't working, but I was only one floor up. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable

Everything was okay but there was nothing that I could say I liked it.
Bed is really uncomfortable and I guess it’s an old building so stairs/lift improvements are out of the question.

Big room
Pub downstairs a bit noisy. Can't lock bathroom door

Nothing.
Very small room, bed and bathroom. I wouldn't pick it up if I knew what it was like. I didn't like the neighborhood either. I stayed there for a night and the police came to settle a flight.
