    Very nice hotel and located at within reach to all Phuket vibes places. The room was very modern and clean. The front office staff were very polite, professional and helpful. Thank you very much for making our trip memorable one!

    Experience: This was a last minute booking for my birthday getaway. Upon check in, I was assisted by Neno (if I remember correctly). She explained that my booking wasn’t include any children, which I never did before but got no issue. But in DoubleTree, must include 12 y/o above children & they charged THB1000 for 2 nights, for extra sofa bed. Hence, I just paid for it. I’m totally aware that check in time is at 3pm but we arrived around 12pm, she said room wasn’t ready. Or, don’t wanna let us check in earlier idk. My boy was sleeping, so we decided to go grab lunch & come back. We got the key around 2.15pm. Went to the swimming pool. I noticed there’s plenty of unoccupied room. Lol! Typical Karen I guess but yeah, allowing guest to check in earlier won’t hurt right? It’s depending on how accommodating and hospitable a person is. To add some minus point to the whole experience, there’s a construction work ongoing opposite of our room. So noisy & very unpleasant to wake up to this noise early in the morning. So annoying and staff mentioned it should be completed by August 2026. So those who needs quiet stay, please avoid this hotel for the time being. The good part is when they sent me a brownie with birthday card & a deco light. Which is cute. The housekeeping lady also did a good job, she did the cleaning in less than 20 minutes but fantastic. Location: Close to the beach like 5 mins walk only. Plenty of restaurants, 7E, shops, massage nearby. Overall, it’s an unforgettable moment which I may consider to stay again in future, or may not. Lol!

    Love the location of the hotel, walking distance to the bar street yet far enough to have a good night's rest. Less than 2 mins walk to the beach. Highly recommended.
