We arrived very late at the hotel. Fortunately, we already called the hotel evaluering the day, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to enter. Once there, the apartments were ok, but cleaning was horrible. There were numerous stains on mattresses, hair and dirt under linen and mattresses, hair and dirt on floors. Worst of all, we found a crawling bed bug and evacuated right away to sleep in our car instead!

They need to make sure they either send of it the text message or alert they don’t have a mobile number - we got to the gate after reception closed and there is no way of contacting anyone - we had to find alternate accommodation late at night as there was no way to gain access. This needs to be highlighted or in bold or something that stands out

No hot water for bathing and no hot water kettle. There is a simple coffee maker so remember to bring your coffee powder and paper filters. Otherwise appartement is completely furnished. Attention, we didn’t have hot water to bath in the evening so remember to verify with the reception before you enter appartement. Our gate code didn’t work so it was abit complicated to re-enter in the evenings. Otherwise a lovely place for big families and easily accessible on the autoroute. It was clean and friendly staff. Quality of some furnitures needs replenishing.

We’ve stayed here for many journeys to and from Spain . The property suits are family requirements . Spacious accommodation for 5 , cooking facilities, close petrol and supermarket and just off main motorway. The property is clean and comfortable but could now do with slight refurbishment. Quick stop over on way to south of France. Wasnt expecting much but we had our 2 children with us and second bed not made up. No linen available and sofa bed was stained. Decent overnight stop, very close to the motorway. Reasonably priced spacious apartments with terraces. It would be good if the apartments had air conditioning as it is very hot in this part of France during August. Good value and would stay again.

We chose this hotel after reading some reviews on Expedia. 2 adults and 2 boys (11 and 13). We got lost after a 9 hour drive, tired and fed up we called the hotel. What a fantastic response we had, still struggling to find the hotel, due to not really knowing where we were, the manager asked us if we could see an Aldi and to wait in the car park. 10 minutes later she turned up and we followed her to our much needed resting place. Brilliant service, easy to book in and the 1 bed apartment exceeded our expectations. Large bedroom with more than enough room for my wife to practice her yoga and the boys loved hiding in the huge wardrobe. The living area had a good size table and a sofa bed, the kitchen section was clean and well equipped with a dishwasher and they even supplied washing up liq. and tablet for the dishwasher. Good location close to the main route and although we didn't venture to Clermont we did get to see a fair bit of it on our wandering car journey and it appeared to have all the usual facilities you would expect. We will be visiting this hotel again!
