The hotel is basic but suited the needs of the trip. If you want dinner, Angelos pizzeria opposite is amazing. Food quality great! The bed in the hotel was super comfy and memory phone pillows made for a good nights sleep.

Booked a triple room to give me more room but only got a standard double. The shower in the room was awful. Never understand why they do not put a shower holder at head height so in order to shower you need to hold the shower head above your head. No shower curtain meant that when you do water goes everywhere!

After a long day driving from UK. it's a great overnight pitstop before continuing to Spain. It's clean,air conditioned and comfortable. The restaurant is good with a pizza restaurant outside. Standard pricing but value for money. We've stayed here four times now and will do so again next year.

Quick check in process, friendly staff at reception and throughout the hotel. Great value for money and great location for our travel onwards to Spain. We have stayed here on two previous occasions, and will probably stay again on another trip. Thank-you.

The beds were very comfy and my room was quiet. Check-in staff was lovely.

The hotel manager was extremely rude and impolite. How can someone like that work in a customer-service related job? I will write to Kyriad with more specifics about his behavior, because it is totally unacceptable to treat customers that way.

Modern with, theoretically, good ancillary facilities eg bar & restaurant - except, for our stay, both bar and hotel were closed !!! This was despite its details pre booking stated it had both !! (Obviously this implied to us they were open). Staff attitude was very matter of fact and no apology for bar and restaurant being closed.

Very poor amateurish design of rooms/facilities in new wing ,(where our room was). Coffee machine - crap - didn't work ! No kettle (as was advertised on website) to make tea. Gloomy black ceiling, bed headboards have protruding ledge at top which made it, almost certain, that one's head hit it when sitting up. Pillows uncomfortable. Bathroom - usual modern crap open shower space so water went all over floor. No towel rails, no grab rails in shower area. No space around sink for toiletries etc to be placed. No grab rails (important for old guests) in shower area. Toilet roll holder poorly located. Bedside recesses useless. Need I go on ??? The whole space was designed by an idiot (probably fresh out of school twerp !) with little experience (if any) of how to design and make a good bedroom layout etc. Overall score (and I'm a very experienced expert ex businessman) 2/10 - who ever supervised the design, layout, facilities etc - and whoever 'signed off' the finished rooms, should be sacked. But breakfast was good 8/10.

Really appreciated the cleanliness, thank you to all staff. Plus, free parking, and excellent breakfast, with real food, great omlette, ham, cheese, preserves, juices, and especially that sweet bread. I would've loved a loaf to take home :D
