    The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast was nice, and the overall setup of the hotel is quite pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience itself was very disappointing. We stayed for one night as a birthday treat, but were given a room on the top floor with no air conditioning—only a fan. The room was extremely hot in the evening and throughout the night, so we barely got any sleep. In the morning, there was no water at all. After a very uncomfortable night, we couldn’t even take a shower. When I asked if I could use another room, I was directed to one that hadn’t even been cleaned yet. So the choice was either to shower in a bathroom used by previous guests or not shower at all. Overall, a really poor experience that completely overshadowed the positives. I regret choosing this hotel.

    A bit turisty location but silent at night time. 1st floor rooms are bit mor noisy because of the reception area but after 10 PM very quiet too. Most of the evening noise there was the staff havnig fun:)

    1. While location is good, it is inaccessible by public transport, including taxis as it is in a conservation area. You will have to lug your luggage over mud & cobblestone to reach the hotel. 2. Although booked for twin bed, was given a room with queen bed. Receptionist promised a switch the next day but 2nd receptionist told us the next day that thr twin room would only be available the following day (day 3). On day 3, the 3rd receptionist said that the twin room would only be available in the afternoon. When we returned in the afternoon, the 3rd receptionist updated that no room was available and said that we did not formally log down our switch request earlier which was ridiculous! 3. The room has no air-con. Only a fan is provided and the fan blades are not cleaned! 4. The carpet is also very dirty. One of us develop rashes after kneeling on them to get things from luggage. 5. The facilities are in poor condition - the hair dryer in 1 of our rooms was making funny noises and the chair of the other room broke and both need to be replaced! 6. Shower room is tiny and water hotness is inconsistent, ranging from burning hot to shivering cold.

    Lift was not working and our room was on the 4th floor!! Maintainance was not available and they said they will come on the 3rd day of our stay so we had to cancel our stay! However location was great!
