Very very nice staff. Great location!

We were in Toulouse during the dreaded 2 week canicule. The hotel was cool and clean and staff were helpful, letting us park next to the hotel in the pedestrian zone to unload and load our luggage. In the heat, walking 10 minutes to the parking lot would have been a challenge with all our luggage. It is in an interesting part of the city, but sadly it was too hot to explore. There is an elevator and breakfast was good.

The hotel was very well situated - a short walk from Place du Capitole - and yet it was also extremely quiet. My room was small but big enough for my needs, and it was kept clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful whenever I asked them anything. I had the breakfast on one of my three mornings and found it to be very good, if somewhat expensive. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful stay close to the shops, restaurants and Metro stations in the centre of Toulouse.

We had a marvellous stay. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were spacious with comfortable bed and great shower. We had the breakfast which had a good selection of food and drinks. The hotel is in a great location. The bar and outside terrace was a great feature. The staff particularly Ewan were so kind and welcoming we would definitely stay again and would be happy to recommend
