Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers.

Excellent and feel good hotel and stuff.
The only weakness is the low intensity of the shower; probably, intentionally designedd due to the bathroom's open shower design

Our room (Suite Capitole) was spacious, well-designed, and very clean. Amenities we were assured were provided (minibar fridge, coffee maker, etc). Bathroom was very clean. Staff at hotel were truly exceptional.
