Central location, close to the main Capitole square.
Host was very welcoming and helpful to support any queries, and gave good info on close facilities.
Air conditioning in the room, which is critical in the hot weather we had.
Room and bathroom was a bit tight on space. Tight staircase to reach first floor.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Toulouse. The prime historic-center location made it easy to explore the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops entirely on foot. The service was warm and welcoming from the first moment. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always happy to provide recommendations, directions, and assistance whenever needed.
Adding a safe in each room would be a welcome enhancement

No elevator from ground floor.
Door loud when opening/closing.
Half windows (3rd floor).
