The room was fine and staff were fine. Location excellent.
I couldn’t stay. It was 33c outside and the air conditioning was broken. Not repairable for a few days. I asked to be moved to a hotel nearby and they helped me do that. I was grateful to the customer service people. Waiting to confirm my refund from Booking.com

The hotel is ideally located in the very center of Toulouse, making it extremely convenient from a pure location point of view.
Rooms and bathrooms are very small, and would require deep renovation. We had a room overlooking the external escape stair, that obviously had not been cleaned for many years. That was definitely not a pleasant view to the outside, and a room best suited for storage than anything else.
