L'emplacement près de Venise et l'espace à l'intérieur de l'appartement.
Il aurait fallu un deuxième climatiseur car un seul est un peu juste pour refroidir tout l'appartement.

È un buon punto di appoggio per visitare Venezia ad un buon rapporto qualità di servizi e prezzo e soggiornando pochi giorni. Staff disponibile ed efficiente. Vicino all'appartamento fermata bus per Venezia e tutti i servizi primari (farmacia, alimentari, bar...). Parcheggio interno.
Se si viaggia in famiglia bisogna mettere in conto che nei periodi più turistici gli spostamenti per e da Venezia sono faticosi (i tempi di percorrenza in bus si allungano e i bus sono sovraffollati). Andrebbero cambiate le pentole. La cucina è piuttosto piccola. La pulizia generale migliorabile.

De locatie vlakbij Venetië was top! De bus stopt voor de deur en de verbinding is rechtreeks naar Venetië. De bus gaat vaak. Nadim communiceert duidelijk en geeft informatie over winkels/eetgelegenheden in de buurt, hoe OV te regelen e.d.
De woning is sfeerloos, er is geen woonkamer, dus even gezellig samen zitten kan niet. Ook hing er een sterke (kruidige) geur. Deur-/raam klinken zijn weg of zitten los.
