The holiday apartment "Comfort Zone" is located in Venice and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 65 m² property was completely renovated in 2023 and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 5 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a capsule coffee machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Additionally, this apartment features a private balcony.
The property is set within 3 walking minutes from a bus stop with 20-minute-long routes in the direction of Venice departing every 10 minutes. The closest supermarket is Cadoro, which can be found on Via Miranese 256.

Pros: The apartment was very neat and clean. The contact with the hostess was very easy, she was very helpful and gave me many tips regarding parking, public transport, entrance to Venice, surrounding grocery stores, etc. Everything went great and we were very happy with the accommodation.
