Very relaxing hotel with great ambiance being surrounded by many period features. Our room at the top was very clean and tidy and worked very well. The breakfast was great with plenty of fruit, fresh orange juice and includes a cooked breakfast if you wanted. The gentleman looking after the breakfast supply was very attentive, thanks. The check in was easy and explained the special parking and where our room was very well. The Markt was only around 8-10 minutes walk at the most via the fish market. Thank you.

The staff was friendly. I enjoyed my room. They have screens on their windows to protect from mosquitoes and bugs!!!!! Which really made my life easier and I have noticed that a lot of hotels don’t do this. I would come back just for this comfort! 💖
But they also have great customer service. I have a lot of allergies, especially to pets and feathers. As a pet friendly hotel, I was nervous about staying here, but they went out of their way to make efforts to make sure I got an allergy free room. Which I believe they delivered on since my allergies are quite severe and I did not have any allergic reactions. I am very grateful for this accommodation.
The hotel is in a great location. I enjoyed being close to everything and there are tons of great restaurants to try. Along with a grocery store right around the corner, which makes things very easy.
Overall, I am very happy with my stay and feel this hotel is very communicative and cares about making sure you enjoy your stay.

The room was clean and had a good amount of space for a family of 4. Walkable to all the sites we wanted to see and restaurants.
