but the staff was disappointing, there’s no one in reception so you can’t really tell if they are nice or not, but the cleaning lady entered to our room in the morning while we were changing our clothes, and it was very uncomfortable and annoying, and she also entered to the room while we were there to leave some towels and stuff, and she couldn’t explain to us or apologize, she just seem mad and left, leaving the door open and that’s it. Overall the hotel it’s nice and beautiful but that experience was not pleasant and we felt that our privacy was disrespected.

This was the perfect place to stay in Bruges. Very close to the canal, grocery store and café is also nearby. Gita at breakfast was the superstar. So cheerful and made us start off the day so well. Jules, the manager and receptionist was an absolute delight. We definitely stay here again.

The room was pleasant and offering consistent hot water, while housekeeping kept everything tidy and fresh. However, the bathroom could use some improvement, as it didn't quite meet expectations. Overall, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a generally enjoyable experience despite some limitations in facilities.

Charged us more for a 1 year old baby stating it is a new person and we have to pay for extra person, almost €60
