We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant served gourmet food without having to leave the property. The bartender kindly gave us insight to the caliber of food served onsite and it made for a great anniversary celebratory dinner. The hotel location was perfect for catching the tram into Strasbourg and walking into the residential area to enjoy a local pub.

Room was super hot and right across the police station. Not much to do in the rare. The only reason we could figure that there was even a hotel in the area was the police station/jail. We did not even stay here but checked out immediately and went near old town.

Hotel was genially ok but no air conditioning in a family room of 4 in 30 plus degrees isnt enjoyable. Plus on the second day there was no hot water in the morning! Service behind the desk was very good though

We traveled with a baby and had requested a baby cot, which they confirmed. When we got to the room in the late evening, there was a baby cot without matress and beddings. We asked to get them too, and the person on shift wasn't able to provide any. As a result baby had to sleep in the bed with us and we all had an uncomfortable sleep.

I booked this hotel quickly after my original hotel cancelled due to COVID. We arrived after normal check-in hours but received detailed instructions on how to get in, no issues there. Room was large and clean, although a little basic. No air-conditioning but they did have a fan in the room - it was very warm though! Original hotel had AC but I guess I was too hurried to notice this one didn’t. Was fine for a quick one-night sleep though.

Great location with access to paid parking under the hotel. Steps away from a tram stop, which takes you all the way to the centre of old Strasbourg. Friendly reception staff and good continental & cooked breakfast options (for veggies & non). Cafes & small play park across the road. Comfortable family room, split into a downstairs & an upstairs area, incl 2 tvs.

The hotel was really nice, being a good distance from downtown Strasbourg, but so accessible with the metro having a stop just outside the door. We traveled into Strasbourg one day and drove out to all the smaller Christmas markets across Alsace south of Strasbourg and the hotel location was great for that too.

Conveniently located close to motorway on our route! Easy check in, good hotel facilities, bar/restaurant, gated parking, comfortable / clean rooms and decent buffet breakfast. Pleasant staff!

The room was clean and comfortable, but small for three people. Easy and short drive to Sstrasbourg. No air conditioning! We were there in May and it was hot. Wouldn't stay without AC in mid summer. Staff was great. Nice lounge area downstairs with outdoor area. Good for drinks. Breakfast and dinner are expensive. Convenient free parking. Internet was a pain. Kept cutting out so had to sign on every few minutes.

Accueil mitigé. 1 personne froide à laccueil et lautre très bien. Punaise de lit (vivante) dans un lit, heureusement que nous vérifions. La personne de laccueil peu sympathique ne nous croit pas tandis que lautre prend la peine de venir avec nous pour vérifier. Photo à lappui et Google ... effectivement, une punaise de lit et des traces noires sur le drap. Cependant, nous avons été mis dans une autre chambre ou cela semblait bon.
