    We had a comfortable stay at JW Marriott, Berlin. The hotel is very grand. It is an old property but kept in good condition. Great breakfast selection. Location was also quite central.

    I've travelled and stayed in many JW Marriotts around the world, and this might be the worst I've stayed so far. It's just not something you would expect from Marriott. Gym facilities are poor, outdated, water dispenser didn't work. Shower in my room isn't properly working, when I first arrived I found some hair in my bathtub, they give you 0.5l of drinking water a day, anything extra is charged, internet speed is slow and if you want a better one you need to pay, they don't refill toothpaste or change toothbrush... There's many little details that make it look below standards Marriott should otherwise keep.
