Good price, good location and spacious rooms. Food is average for Sheraton's standard but the whole place is showing signs of aging. Pool was closed.

Not quite up to a 5 star standard. Facilities are dated, rénovation soon necessary. Room service was not good and even forgotten one day. But overall I would come back for the good price value and the ok location

Negatives.
The location was a little out of the main area.
We had to remind reception that our room hadn't been service. The rooms need updating. We told them that the visit was to celebrate a birthday but there was no evidence of it and when we stated our disappointment a token was given for 2 drinks for our party of 6!!! They could not find a candle to put on a cake in such a large hotel! We spent a great deal of money staying for 3 nights using 2 deluxe rooms. There were no bathrobes or slippers. Definitely not a memorable visit for the right reasons! No childrens cereal at breakfast

Good selection of pastries,bread and fruit. There was a good selection of cold and hot food but the hot food was tepid.
