    No door to the bathroom and you can hear whenever nearby rooms run water

    We checked in on the 22nd, had accidentally booked the room for the wrong date. The receptionist quickly sorted everything out and helped us with the booking. Thank you so much for your help and excellent service!

    The property is in a great location, but the hotel itself needs a lot of improvement. There was no hot water during my stay, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Having hot water is such a basic necessity, and an issue like this should be fixed urgently. How can guests be expected to pay for a hotel room when they cannot even have a proper shower or clean themselves comfortably? If a room does not have hot water, I believe it should be considered out of order and should not be offered to guests until the problem has been fixed.
