    Worst of money . This is hotel is not clean . Staff if very poor they rude I paid for this hotel through Agoda and I went . After going inside the room I just came out of the hotel and went to another hotel . It’s not clean and there is no air condition no any facilities. I trusted Agoda and only I booked but Agoda also didn’t take the responsibility. They took my money Agoda and hotel . It’s very bad. Don’t trust Agoda and this hotel . I didn’t stay in this hotel . But they didn’t refund me also . Plz don’t go to this hotel . And I advise everyone do not book through Agoda . Better book direct booking to hotel .

    Wifi didn’t work but location was great - minutes walk from Gare de L’Est which connects to pretty much anywhere in the city.

    The hotel had bed bugs. We found two in our beds and asked for a different room. To be fair, the hotel staff was quick to react and found us a room at a different hotel. But reading other reviews it seems that this is an old and still persistant problem.
