    I enjoyed staying before an early morning and a late night flight. The staff is efficient and experienced. They stored my suitcase for me for 5 days while I took a side trip out of Japan. The next morning when I checked out, they helped me send my bag to the next hotel. Prices vary quite a bit, but early booking will help keep the price down. I would definitely stay here again if I'm flying out of Terminal 2.

    A great size room which was clean and very comfortable. Reasonable price noting the walk to departures can be done in less than 5 minutes. Staff member at check in to help with luggage storage was not overly friendly. Checking in and out requires using self serve terminals which ironically need a staff member to help make the processes efficient and understandable. Query the time and cost saving there as it’s annoying for guests and the staff are still there pressing buttons in your behalf. We arrived very late and left very early so no comments re noise but I would stay there again.

    Booked last minutes because of the weather. Price is bit high but I would pay for the convenience location. Breakfast was excellent!!

    It’s a good hotel if you have a late or an early flight. Convenient and no fuss. I guess that’s also why it’s pricey for what it is.
