    This was a great hotel Looks right over part of the airport. Room very small but that's Japan Very close for early flight in the morning Free shuttle which was great Roof top balcony was great at night seeing all the planes coming into land

    We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda. It is a stylish and modern hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere. Our room had two twin beds, which were very comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. We also really liked the bathroom layout. The shower area was separate and there was a bathtub, while the toilet was in a separate area, which made the room very convenient for two people sharing. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from Tenkūbashi Station, making it very convenient for getting around. However, our only real downside was that it was surprisingly difficult to find the hotel entrance from the station, especially when arriving for the first time with luggage. The hotel is located inside HANEDA INNOVATION CITY (HICity) Zone A. The hotel entrance is in Zone A, and once you find the entrance, you take the elevator to the 5th floor for reception. The hotel’s official directions are very helpful, so I recommend checking them before arriving. The hotel is officially about a one-minute walk from Tenkūbashi Station. (ホテルメトロポリタン東京羽田⁠) Another great feature is the hotel’s complimentary shuttle bus to Haneda Airport, which was very convenient for our departure. The hotel also has easy access to Haneda Airport by train. (ホテルメトロポリタン東京羽田⁠) There is also a rooftop area with a beautiful view, which we were really looking forward to seeing. Unfortunately, it was closed on the night we checked in because of the weather, so we weren’t able to enjoy it during our stay. There are restaurants and convenience stores located on the 2nd floor of HANEDA INNOVATION CITY, which was very convenient when we wanted to grab something to eat or buy necessities. However, most of them close around 10 PM, so it’s worth keeping that in mind if you arrive late at night. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is stylish, clean, quiet, and particularly convenient if you have an early flight from Haneda Airport. Despite the slight difficulty finding the entrance from the station, we would definitely consider staying here again.

    I stayed with my daughter. The Metropolitan was clean, comfortable, and elegant. The staff was accommodating and kind. The breakfasts were amazing and we talked about how amazing it was often!

    Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned and the overall hygiene standards were questionable. During my stay, I ended up with what appeared to be mite bites, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Cleanliness and housekeeping need significant improvement.
