Very convenient location to the airport, good for business. however, not as convenient to get to other parts of Tokyo. Hotel staff very professional and accommodating .

Its my second time staying at this hotel as the first time was too short. Everything remains impeccable! And there's Matsu-Ya now at the innovation center. Will definitely stay here again if I am in Tokyo.

This is a very modern, very clean hotel and the staff were so helpful! They spoke some English which was very good as we don’t speak Japanese much at all. We had a very nice room with a king size bed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned and the overall hygiene standards were questionable. During my stay, I ended up with what appeared to be mite bites, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Cleanliness and housekeeping need significant improvement.
