There's a shuttle from airport to hotel and also to kawasaki station. Very nice concept hotel. Clean.
Location. We got scared of being stranded and wont make it to the last shutttle from kawasaki station to hotel. But we booked it because it was near the airport. It wasnt as near as the airport that we thought of. But it's a really nice hotel . Very well designed. I wish there would be more restaurants or shops in the future. But if you want peace and quiet but near airport. This would be a nice hotel.

A perfect choice to stay a night before or after long flight from Europe to Haneda airport HND. Super comfortable and clean. All necessities are provided.
No disadvantages, just maybe one detail: the earliest shuttle provided from the hotel to the airport is at 5h20 and if your flight is at 8h and you’re worried person and prefer to be in the airport 3h before the flight, then you cannot use the shuttle and just walk for 30 min (that what I did) but again, 30 min walking distance from the airport is a huge plus rather then the minus.

I’ve stayed here after my first long flight from Europe to Asia and was surprised in a good way about relative closeness of the hotel to the airport (walking distance of 30 min which is nothing is you like to walk). Room was clean and comfortable. Provided amenities and yukata (kind of night wear) were very nice and unexpected details (since it was my first trip to Japan). Stuff is helpful and polite.
No disadvantages were noticed.

Nice bar with lovely staff
Bathrooms were spacious
Great views of the river and airport from the 5th floor near the lifts
Very small rooms (Premium Double Room)
Uncomfortable beds
Not easy to get to via trains / monorail. Had to catch a taxi together there.
Bus was awful, packed in like sardines and the bus driver even asked people to get off.
Restaurant was pricey
$$$$
