A stylish hotel with a restaurant, welcoming lobby, and comfortably decorated rooms. Facilities earned 4 stars only because I missed having a gym, pool, or a few more in-room amenities. The restaurant serves daily specials at reasonable prices, though depending on the dish, it can be either great value or not worth it. I’d definitely return, as the staff were very friendly and handled multiple languages with ease. For first-time visitors, clearer signage to the lobby would help, since from the street only the restaurant is visible.

We recently stayed at the hotel and overall, the location was very good. The cleanliness and hygiene of the property were also up to a good standard, which we appreciated. However, there were a few service-related issues that I was disappointed with. Firstly, we were required to hand over the room keys to reception every time we went out, which was inconvenient. More importantly, I had requested an iron for the room and left it there when I went out. While I was away, a housekeeping staff member entered our room without informing us or obtaining our permission and took the iron. This was particularly concerning because our personal belongings were inside the room. When I contacted reception to raise the issue, I was told that a housekeeping member had entered the room. However, my concern is that no one should enter a guest's room in their absence without informing the guest or obtaining their permission, unless there is an emergency or another valid reason. If the housekeeping staff accessed the room using a key obtained from reception, this raises an additional concern about guest privacy and security. Unfortunately, when I complained, I felt that the staff were making excuses rather than acknowledging the mistake or addressing the concern properly. Another area that could be improved is the lack of room service. If guests require something as simple as water or another basic item, they have to go downstairs and collect it themselves. Having even a basic room service option would make the stay much more convenient. Overall, the location, cleanliness and hygiene were good, but the service, communication and respect for guest privacy need significant improvement. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and ensures that housekeeping staff do not enter occupied rooms without properly informing the guests.
