Staff incredibly friendly and courteous. Place was clean and orgabised despite being so remote. Lots of animals to see throughout stay. Beautiful views and restaurant was great.

Nusa Bay is an unforgettable location and stay. Take the snorkelling or diving excursions to the reef - an absolute highlight with great guides like Lik Putu. Highly recommend the trip to get to Nusa Bay to see a lot of Bali. If you have a driver, ask for stops at waterfalls and traditional coffee and tea makers to experience more of the mountains between Ubud and West Bali National Park. Fabulous spot to slow down and immerse yourself in a relaxing environment. Can snorkel straight off the beach with wide range of marine life and crystal clear turquoise water. Statf are super friendly. Will come back again

You can only get there via boat, it’s in a national park but it’s also amazing and the snorkeling is good locally but totally amazing if you take a private tour. Rooms are ok, monkeys are thief’s especially at breakfast. Loved the place but it isn’t handicap friendly.

We spent 4 very enjoyable nights at Nusa Bay. The snorkeling from the jetty is great. The food in the restaurant is good (and there is a vegetarian menu available but ask for it as it wasn't offered to me until our 3rd day) Staff are all really lovely and very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

One of the most unique and charming hotels I’ve ever visited. Off the beaten path, offering a solitude and natural beauty that’s hard to find in central Bali. Beautiful comfortable rooms, thoughtful staff, and tons of animals sharing the grounds with you. The snorkeling and diving are pristine.

A beautiful experience staying amongst wildlife. The room is gorgeous, better than expected and spotless. The beach is more fir snorkelling than swimming as the coral comes close tonthe shore, but there is a nice pool. The food was average, but fine just for a couple of days, this is the only area I would say they can improve. Also, pay attention to the grey monkeys! Lock the door even when you are on the balcony as 2 travellers had monkeys in their room when we were staying.

Spent only 1 night at NusaBay Menjangan but was an amazing stay. Lanai Cottage was very comfortable and well thought out. From our arrival to our departure, the staff were all attentive and very helpful. There is only 1 restaurant by the beach for all meals but loved the view. Corals by the jetty were pretty enough. But we signed up for the snorkelling tour which brought us by boat to Menjangan Island (15 - 20 minutes away). There are 2 snorkelling sites by the shore of the island, both corals with cliff edges 50m deep. One called Blue Corner reef and the other called Mangrove Reef.

If you are a nature lover this place is heaven! The park and surroundings is the best place to reset and be with nature. Snorkelling is amazing. We stayed in linai and villa, both fantastic, pool, restaurant and spa are perfect! Staff is excellent.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful pristine environment, the last true Balinese jungle, and the resort has been carefully built on its shores with access to a quiet beach, where one can snorkle and enjoy the fish feeding on the corals. A special thanks to the very attentive and caring staff, that does everything to make your stay a memorable one. We'd like to state, that they're badly underpaid for the special service they're doing to everyone, who comes to enjoy this unique place in Bali, and we'd like to encourage the visitors to support them in whichever way they can, because they really deserve it. A heartfelt thank you to everyone from Andrea and Roman, and we're looking forward to come back again.

This is a very unique stay, there are no roads so travel the last 20 minutes by boat. The welcome and service were fantastic, as were the rooms which have all the comforts you need. They have the feel of an African safari tent but are completely sealed from any creepy crawlis. There is a lovely deck to sit outside your room. The rooms are services twice a day so always feels fresh and clean. We went for the nature which we saw but we paid a lot of money for a guided hike who spotted less than my partner so that felt like a waste of money. Unfortunately on the path into the bush there is so much litter washed up from the sea. It would be nice to see the staff trying to help clear this. Despite the beach litter on the walks I would definitely stay here again as the service and food were great.

If you want a place to relax and just enjoy the beautiful nature and animals in the surrounding this is the hotel to stay at. You will eat your meals by the beach only a few meters from the ocean. Food is very tasty and includes both Asian and Western dishes. Deers can be seen all around. Snorkeling is lovely just off the beach but even better if you take the tour to Menjangan Island. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling.

Very nice resort, with rustic charm. Staff very attentive and ready to solve any request. I arrived late by boat and still was able to order something to eat. Blissful sleep that night especially. Monkeys and beach deer. Odd combination but true. Even saw what I think was a goanna lizard causally walking along the water edge

I enjoyed the relaxation and time to just enjoy the view.The food was really good and seemed reasonably priced altjough it was the only option we had to buy from.The drive to get there was a bit long but the driver made it an enjoyable experience by taking us to eat and sight seeing.All in all, it was a wonderful experience to go there. If it weren’t for mount agung and the eruption news we would have never known of this place. Now, this would be our go to place in Bali for sure.My photos were all taken with my phone.

This place is amazing.We had a week long stay after touring Indonesia for a month. The nature elements are wonderful. The deer wandered through the resort daily, the grey monkeys in a morning and the black long tailed monkeys every afternoon. The house reef is a treasure we saw lots of fish that are usually much further out. Bump head parrotfish, Titan triggerfish, puffer fish galore.The staff are a treasure so helpful and friendly.This place is a must if your after a unique Bali experience.

An amazing experience in a truly secluded and unique part of Bali. To get here you must take a short but lovely boat ride. The area surrounding the hotel is surrounded by nature, the snorkling is fantastic and every day you are able to see wild deer on the beach, monkeys in the trees all from the comfort of the hotel restaurant or from one of the beach chairs. The villas are lovely and well looked after and the staff are friendly. We would highly recommend you stay here if you like seclusion and want to see a bit of nature as part of your holiday experience, this was one of the highlights of our two week stay around Bali.

There are no roads to this resort, you need to take a little brown boat run by the hotel from their 'office' located on the mainland. The boat shuttle takes 20 minutes and a return trip is included in your hotel cost. The main complaint I read about the hotel was about food, but I thought the price and selection was very reasonable. The staff were all friendly and the service was just okay.

If you like a rustic experience of the wilder part of Bali, this is a great place to enjoy it! My favourite bits were snorkelling and hiking.However, food is terrible! This place should invest in a better chef! We tried western dishes and local dishes and even Gado Gado was so terrible I wasn't able to finish it.

If you are expecting a luxary resort then this is not the place for you. It is an eco-resort and is rustic in its appearance and upkeep. The food menu is limited. And there is no TV. BUT if you want to escape to nature, go snorkelling, see deer and monkeys, trek through the bush, eat your meals in the tree tops and relax with massages listening to the ocean waves then this is definitely the place for you. Very peaceful. A great place to go and be in another world.

The rooms are in good conditions but the surroundings is in terrible shape.It is a nice place to relax and fantastic to snorkel or scuba dive but as it is isolated there is nothing else to do. Not really good for kids (I went there with my 2 children, age 6 and 8) as there is nothing for them and no snorkelling equipment available in kid's size.Finally the food at the restaurant is limited, small menu with half of the choice not available all the time. Not great quality and not great cooking either but they are trying...
