Most amazing owner and gorgeous views. The BEST place to stay in Lovina 🥰

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Bali and I’ve lived here for 3 years!! The owner, Sri, is the kindest most amazing owner I have ever met. She made our Christmas and my birthday possibly one of the best I’ve ever had. She picked up local food for us, special to have for Christmas and my birthday. She even arranged to have my birthday cake delivered to the resort!!! Seriously the most amazing person and owner I’ve ever met. The views at this resort were absolutely serine and swimming with dolphins on Christmas morning was so magical 🐬 🎄

All in all disappointing and way too expensive.

God udsigt.

We booked a villa with 3 bedrooms. The villa itself was okay, but not more. It is not part of a resort in a traditional understanding as it is a separate house on a normal street with different neighbors(and it is currently dec 25 at sale at the local real estate). Think of it as a vacation-house you would rent for a week. It is located quite far up and you need a scooter or car to go anywhere. The sing-sing resort is 100-200 meters down the steep street and they don’t have any taxi options other than a WhatsApp number for a driver that might be busy with other hotel guests (or other guests). With the villa is a designated staff member who is at your disposal from around 9-16 everyday - and thereby also needs tips. There is also a poolguy and a gardener coming in on and off without warning = no real privacy during the day. The sing-sing resort is worn out, the restaurant food is not really good, and there are dogs barking at you when you enter the “resort”. They are probably nice though. It says there is washing machine - but it is more of a laundry service you need to pay for as you can’t operate the machine it self

Great view down to the ocean, food delivered to our villa, massage services onsite, staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor bathroom was pretty.

Getting a car down to the beachfront area was $20 return for 6 of us. Made it a more expensive dinner. An umbrella or shade over the pool would be great as it is in the sun all day.

We had the pleasure of spending a four nights at Sing Sing Resort in Lovina, and it completely exceeded our expectations. This resort is a hidden gem – a peaceful paradise where every detail has been carefully designed with beauty and comfort in mind. The accommodations are absolutely stunning: tastefully decorated, spacious, and equipped with top-class facilities. The entire resort is surrounded by lush, beautifully maintained gardens, with a variety of cozy terraces and sitting areas that invite you to relax and unwind at every turn. The swimming pools are fantastic – clean, serene, and perfect for both a refreshing dip and a lazy afternoon. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals with a great selection, making dining a real pleasure. What truly makes Sing Sing Resort special is the incredible hospitality. The owner, Sri, is simply amazing – warm, welcoming, funny, and incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home and has a great sense for what people need or want during their stay. The staff are equally exceptional – professional, kind, and delivering top-class service with a smile. Amazing hotel with great views

Amazing little gem of a hotel. Beautiful rooms and amazing view. Food is excellent and they even managed to accommodate me as a celiac and strictly gluten free. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful - nothing is too much bother.

Everything was perfect. It is quite a hike up the hill so a taxi is best to go into one of the many restaurants in Lovina although we just ate at the hotel as the food was so good.

Hidden gem with incredible hospitality.

We had a 3-night stay in a house with 2 bedrooms, our own small pool, and the most fantastic view and beautiful sunsets. The house was in very good condition, and beautiful flowers were placed both inside and outside daily. The entire area is incredibly peaceful and well-maintained with lovely flowers. It might not be fair to mention specific names as all the staff were sweet and did everything they could to ensure we had a fantastic stay. However, I would like to mention "TaxxBo," who was very attentive, and the owner "Sri," who seems to run the place very familiarly and helped arrange a good dolphin tour where we didn't chase the dolphins but kept a respectful distance and still got to see them up close. We also took the opportunity to enjoy a good massage in beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return if we ever come back to Lovina.

We stayed in the four bedroom villa, each bedroom had its own bathroom. The villa pool was amazing with exceptional views of the ocean. The resort was set in an immaculate and beautiful gardens. Our host was very accomodating to our every need and the best cook. The meals were fabulous.

There were a number of steps to our villa however the view was worth the effort.

Fantastic!

We love it so much; we extended our stay at this resort two weeks. The owner speaks Indonesian, Dutch and English and has helped make our stay very memorable. The staff are fantastic. We will be coming back next time we visit Singaraja. (The absence of mosquitoes and flies was a tropical surprise.)

Outstanding!

The view is uninterrupted forest and rice fields cascading into the Bali Sea. We have a private pool outside our front door. The staff are very accommodating and know what we usually order for breakfast and lunch. The menu is a bit limited, but the food is always delicious. The owner is very friendly and has helped make our stay very enjoyable. One morning, she even invited my wife to visit the markets with her. We will be back again.

Amazing and relaxing

Everything was amazing! The pools are beautiful and each room had its own unique flair to it. The restaurant makes top notch food and will even make you local dishes for you to try out. Get the yellow rice! The owners treat you like family. They took us shopping and one of the staff helped us mail some things back home. The view does not get old. If you want to relax, come to this place!

The Villa was awesome as were the staff, the pools and the amazing view.

The Villa, the Staff and the food were first rate. The pools were awesome and we enjoyed the facilities very much. The location on top of a hill was awesome and the views breathtaking. AAA+++

The driveway is long skinny, winding and very steep. I would not recommend for hire cars, get a Driver and save the stress. If your staying in the same Villa, be advised that the steps down to the restaurant are many and steep.

The location and view was nothing short of amazing .

The room and gardens have been maintained with pride and love. The owner Sri was friendly and accommodating and obviously looks after the place with a passion.

The only suggestion would be to have international travel adapters available for use. We had to go looking around town for an 8000 Rp adapter to charge our phones. Normally we carry one but given the remote location of Lovina we packed light for travel by scooter. On the plus side, we never would have found the Krisna Theme Park and ferris wheel had we not gone looking for an adapter. The only other issue was the staff hosed the balcony while we were asleep. Our bags were on the floor as there were no cupboards and so our clothes and travel documents got wet.

An amazing 2 week dip in a pool of luxury.

We loved everything about the villa and the resort. Our villa was exceptionally clean and well appointed including the swimming pools which were amazing. The views over Lovina, the Bali sea and even as far as the mountains of Western Bali and Eastern Java are breathtaking. The villa and resort are an oasis of luxury, peace and quiet but close enough to enjoy the restaurants, cafes, markets and shops along the coast which are full of life and a more authentic experience of Bali than the crowded and touristy south. Most of all though, Sri, Ronald and all the wonderful staff at Sing Sing resort were the best hosts we have encountered anywhere. They made our stay in Bali so much more enjoyable and it felt like we were staying with friends. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was also faultless and Sri cooked some dishes for us which were not on the menu to give us a taste of her native Java. Our expectations of the villa and resort were high but the reality was so much better! We travelled with our 2 teenage daughters and they absolutely loved the pools and spent hours swimming. Very importantly for us, the bedrooms all have fantastic air-conditioning and so we were able to sleep very comfortably even though it was very hot and humid outside. Sri has built something wonderful in Sing Sing and her and all the team genuinely care that you have a great stay and do everything in their power to help you do so.

we had the 2 bedroom villa with pool. the pool and view were fantastic and was great to just spend time out there. we did have an issue with the bathroom but owner responded straight away. it is a very steep drive up so would be good to have your own transport and take some snacks

Paradise above a glistening Bali sea

A stunning location high up in the foothills overlooking the ocean maintained to the highest standards. Relaxing and quiet. The food was simple but excellent. The swimming pools beautifully maintained and the gardens and plants highly prized. The host and staff very professional and efficient.

Beautiful, beautiful place, with insane views! lovely staff and very accommodating. Sree was very helpful and introduced us to a lovely captain of a boat called Colin. He took us to see dolphins and was such a lovely man. Sree also helps the local community greatly so to stay here is to give back to lovina

one of the best stays we had in our Indonesia trip

It almost feels like coming home … all the people are so kind, friendly and helpful. The owner Sri was so pleasant. she drove us around if needed and gave us all kinds of advice. The kitchen and food was really great (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with Indonesian but also western food we planned to stay for 3 days but in the end stayed for 7 days and it was with pain in our hearts that we had to leave. Thank you Sri and team for giving us a fantastic experience in your Sing Sing resort we will be back!!

it was all great and will for sure return. If you want to visit Lovina, there is really no better place to stay.
