Bed was uncomfortable, shower door was broken, no outlets to charge our electronic devices, and use hair hot tools and our sleep was interrupted at 4 AM with a very annoyed alarms reason unknown. 😑.

The Hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The bathroom is a bit small and awkwardly situated and the shower was not the best but adequate. We would stay here again as it is near the train station, bus station, Hertz rental car office and the waterfront and walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent.

The suite we stayed in was lovely but very dated I had a run in with reception as we did book a taxi with them for the airport but didn’t see any of there prices which wasn’t displayed in the room we found out the price at 11 am but cancelled at 6 pm as we found a much cheaper taxi as they tried to charge us €175 for a 35 minute trip to the airport then when I cancelled it was impossible to change it as the taxi service was shut and tried bullying me into paying so not a great experience

Breakfast was cold, coffee machine did not work. I eat nothing and then was charged on check out for breakfast. We where under the impression we had paid for breakfast in our booking they where adamant we had not. Breakfast was.dreadful and want expedia to refund the 21 euros. Lamps did not work in our bedroom. Said they will put lamps in they only did

The lobby and staff were lovely! But the carpet throughout really dates the look, and carpet in hotel rooms general skeeves me. The room looks tired and beds need replacing. Bathrooms were nicely updated. Location was nice, across from the beach. Parking lot was convenient. It served our purpose for the one night, last minute stay before heading to the ariport, but I wouldn't re-book.

We were a little concerned due to some reviews but have been pleasantly surprised. The check in staff was extremely friendly and informative. This was a pre-cruise overnight. We had a king room with a twin to accommodate 3 of us. The room was spacious in comparison to some of our family’s other accommodations. Very quiet room. All seemed clean to normal standards. Breakfast was a plus and was good with a variety of fruits, vegetables, meat, cheeses, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, and breads of all sorts. Don’t judge this place by some poor reviews. Great option for stay.

Hotel was close to citi buses and easy to use to get to cruise terminal. Had resonable taxi service to terminal and Rome. Close to train station. Great walking restaurants with seating b outside. Wonderful breakfastp at motel. Spend the extra $6 euro. Would stay again!
