The room service was either late or did not show up during our 4 days stay
At breakfast if arriving latter. Food had not been replenished Staff brought it out when asked

Got there around noon and asked if they could hold my bags. They checked the system and my room was already ready! Being able to check in 4 hours early was amazing. Great room, great staff. Will definitely be back.
