We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions we had. Their excellent customer service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of delicious options to suit everyone in the family. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a great base for exploring Singapore. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return on a future visit.

Location is not convenient as there's no stores nearby in walking distance. Have to take Grab from hotel to elsewhere.
