Overall, the property was ok. The location was within walking distance to MRT and food court. Very convenient but customer service could be better. We had to leave at 3am since we had a 6am International flight and was told that Security would be there overnight. Front desk was only staffed 8am-10pm. Security didn’t came for 20 minutes. Looked like he was napping in his car in the parking lot.
I also thought that I left a new box of L’Occitance lotion (gift for my niece). I called them to check and the receptionist said that she would check with housekeeping and called back through WhatsApp but never did. I messaged them through WhatsApp 3 days later and they didn’t respond until several hours later, when I messaged them again and threatened to report them to corporate and left a bad Expedia review.
