Everyone was super nice, it was clean and efficient. The parking was very disappointing. I thought when they said onsite parking it would be a normal parking lot, it was not. I think they should make this clear in their advertising.

The guy at the reception was very good and sorted us out as we had 3 rooms, the cleaners did what they were told. Fantastic experience and kids loved it to
