הקרבה לשוק מחנה יהודה הטיפול של מנהלת המקום לאחר שהתלוננתי על נקיון החדר, ידעה להגיב ולארגן לנו חדר חלופי
הייתי מציע להנגיש מידע ללקוח בצורה יותר ברורה בקשר לשימוש במעלית ואופי הכניסה למתחם של המלון, אומנם נשלח סרטון הדרכה אך לא היה ניתן להבין באיזה מעלית להשתמש, בטעות לקחנו מעלית אחרת שאין בו קומה שישית הגענו לקומה 7 וחיפשנו איך לרדת רגלית לקומה 6
