Very clean hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated that it is European-style, so there were no Sabbath restrictions like elevators stopping on weekends. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and close to everything.
Breakfast lacked variety in protein options, and the start time at 6:30 a.m. was very strict with no flexibility. The room was small, and the hotel is expensive, although prices in Israel are generally high everywhere.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. The location was excellent - great ‘buzz’ and local street scene. Well located for the light rail and the old city.
The hotel entrance was a little difficult to spot at first - the signage wasn’t very readily apparent, so the taxi driver couldn’t spot it. Initially my credit card was overcharged (and it took a bit of effort to get that sorted out and doing so created a cost to me on exchange rates, as I was overcharged at one exchange rate and then refunded at a less favourable rate).
