Very clean good location

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights & loved it. The Manager & staff are all welcoming & were attentive to everything I needed. The room is lovely & spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The breakfast is amazing, freshly prepared daily & delicious. The rooftop pool area is a relaxing oasis with a fantastic view. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions including the Old City, The Kotel & Mahane Yehuda Market. It's also a short walk to the light rail station, which is a few stops to Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a centrally located hotel with excellent service and amazing hospitality. Thank you.

The location was prime, the staff were amazing and always going above and beyond, the room was pretty with beautiful views, and of course the food was great.

There was no parking, which made things extremely difficult to the point we thought of finding a new hotel. The swimming pool parameter, and chairs were filled with pigeon feces along with the patio chairs which means we paid for the balconies, but we didn't get to actually use them.

Service level very low, two single beds instead of double bed as i paid for and no help from hotel staff
