The staff. They were so kind and helpful. The location was also amazing. Close to old city, Jaffa gate, and many shops, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was also amazing. Fresh and delicious.
Nothing I would definitely stay again.

Location is excellent - 15 mins walk to Old City and round corner from lively Ben Tehuda St without being affected by noise
There has been a change of ownership since we were last there. Staff certainly ok but not as enthusiastic as formerly

The location was ideal. The breakfast was good.
Our room was small. It was difficult to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom. The shower door came off. The room needed a huge refresh.
