    First & foremost, merci beaucoup for the great accomodation! After staying in an unsatisfactory inn & hotel in London for almost a week; it was such a great relief to finally stay in a much better hotel like yours. Even though the hotel room prices were almost the same, yet the rooms & facilities differed a lot. Your lift & hallways are much wider, bedroom & toilet are so much spacious & spic n' span. Linens & towels are clean & soft, toiletries are complete & bedroom & toilet fixtures seem new, clean & functioning. Even though there was no ready kettle & cups; we were easily & quickly provided when we asked for it. The location is also superb. It's just a stone throw away from Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elysee. The neighborhood is quiet & clean even though it is also busy. There are various cafes & restaurants nearby or just along the same street to choose from that offer different cuisines. There's a convenient store & mini supermarket which are just a few steps away. The staffs are friendly & can communicate well in English. The only drawbacks were, our body bath was not replenished when it ran out even though a cleaner had been there. Didn't bother to ask anymore bec. it's our last day anyway. Just used the soap provided. There was also very loud noises & door bangings several times on our 2nd day. Apparently there were workers in the nearby room. Perhaps it can be scheduled when most of the guests are out. The incident happened for only for a day though. Other than that, the hotel itself & staffs are superb. Keep up the good work! Thank you again. 🤩

    I visited in January of 2026 and found this hotel nearby city center so that I can get around easily. The building is old and stuffy. There was a water leakage right next to my room. Everything in the room, looked old except the bathroom. Even off season it was still quite expensive 106 pounds I think... and realistically was not worth the price. But it's central Paris so I had no choice.
