    If you are booking this hotel strictly for the location, you will not be disappointed. It sits right in the heart of Melbourne, making it incredibly easy to walk to major attractions, top-tier dining, and public transport. In terms of pure convenience, the value for a "5-star" postcode is excellent. Potential guests should adjust their expectations regarding the actual property and amenities: The space is exceptionally small. More importantly, the walls are paper-thin. You will hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms, which makes for a less-than-peaceful sleep. Housekeeping is only done every 3 days. Do not expect daily turn-down service or fresh towels unless you are prepared to wait or specifically ask. You are paying for the premium dirt this hotel is built on. If you just need a launchpad to explore Melbourne and don't mind sacrificing room size, quietness, and luxury amenities, the value is there.

    Expensive for what it was. A stepup from a hostel really and the reception staff were so rude - sorry to disturb you to do your job. Wouldn't stay again
