I stayed here for a 3x day event in Tennessee Goodlettsville. I only stayed 2 days out of the 3, my room was partially dirty with hair in the tub, pillow cases and bathroom floor. The girl that worked 2nd shift was an airhead because I was gone for 3 hours and when I returned she was still on her phone in front of her work station. I asked for a rag to clean my room and she said only housekeeping could give that to me.

The Bathroom has a sliding door which was new for me and I didn't like that. Overall this place is very good to stay. 😌

My experience with this hotel was ok but could have been better the lady at the front desk was very rude and they didn’t notify me that I would have to pay a $100 deposit to check in I’m still waiting on my deposit back but the room was nice and clean nothing out of order a perfect stay
